Users are able to configure a lot of different options, we created a loosely coupled architecture to enable the best flexibility and unparalleled functionality. Users are able to configure variable shift patterns according to a shift, there are generic blanket costs for each shift so that you can keep a grip on your operating costs, this fits in nicely with contract workers too. Beyond that, you are able to setup policies and retrospective automated actions which fits into the HR paradigm. We are currently in the process of adding the ability to interface directly with the Zketeco hardware line of clocks.
